Now more than ever we are realising how important digital services are during times of isolation. Oldham Libraries provides free access to thousands of books, articles, graphic novels, newspapers and journals. As a volunteer we would like you to develop an understanding of these resources and promote them online to friends and families.

What's involved?

  1. Google Oldham Libraries
  2. Click on the first link: Libraries Oldham Council
  3. Scroll down and select ebooks and emagazines
  4. Familiarise yourself with Borrowbox, RBdigital and Press Reader
  5. You can also explore our online encyclopedias if you click on the online resources tab
  6. Let friends and family know about our free online services
  7. If you have social media please let your friends and family know online with a quick review
