What's involved?

Try and meditate or practise mindfulness for thirty days. Just fifteen minutes of meditation a day and if you can't manage that we're willing to go down to as low as five minutes.

Meditation is an effective way of relieving stress and promoting good mental health, which is just as important as physical health especially now. It is in the reach of all of us by taking a small part of our day to keep healthy during lockdown.
