Oldham Council employee volunteering

Are you a current OldhamCouncil employee looking to volunteer with Oldham Heritage, Libraries and Arts? Oldham Council employees have an allocation of up to 22 hours volunteering per year (where operationally possible). There are a number of volunteering roles with different time commitments, including regular volunteering supporting groups in Oldham libraries for a set period of time and more ad hoc volunteering volunteering with Fairs and Festivals (held mainly in Oldham Library).

*  Digital Support - Digital Confidence groups

*  Supporting Code Clubs

Other Opportunities:

*  Digital Events

*  Health and Wellbeing Events

What's involved?

More details are available about some of our regular volunteering opportunities here on Take Part. Regular opportunities will involve a comitment to a hour or two for a number of weeks.  Other opportunities might involve supporting an event for a longer period (eg. 2 to 4 hours) but only for a day or two.
